I just racked my <i>Broken Cherry Stout</i> to the tertiary(?) along with a can of cherries. Got a little tertiary fermentation going. This one should be tasty with a decent cherry presence. Should be able to hang onto a few bottles for the spring and get in another batch of something else as well.
